Beach Holiday Apartments is a seven-apartment property in Rye where a whole group can stay in one place. Book several apartments together, or reserve the entire property, which sleeps up to 38 guests.
Everyone stays on the same site, a short walk from Rye's foreshore, shops and restaurants, so there is no need to split the group across separate houses or suburbs. The property suits extended families, milestone birthdays, reunions, club weekends and golf trips.
Self-Contained Accommodation for Groups
The property has six Two Bedroom Apartments and one King Spa Suite. Each Two Bedroom Apartment has a king bed in the main bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the second, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area, TV and split-system heating and cooling. Groups can cook together or head out to eat in Rye.
The King Spa Suite sleeps two and has a kitchenette, a private entertainment deck and a cedar spa. Full room details are on our apartments page.
Shared Facilities & Rye Location
The apartments are set around a communal garden with three barbecues and a large lawn for outdoor dining and ball games, plus a sand pit for younger children.

Yes. There are three communal barbecues and a large lawn area for outdoor dining.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.
